Pickup and delivery service

    PICKUP

    Bread, cakes and pastries ordered online can be picked up at the store during business hours.

    Please order at least 3 business days in advance.

    SWISS POST

    Delivered by SWISS POST throughout Switzerland.
    However, cakes are not available.

    Shipping cost is 12-15 CHF depending on weight.

    We send our packages arriving on Tuesday and Wednesday. In rare cases, due to postal conditions, it may arrive the day after the preferred date of receipt. You cannot specify the time of arrival.

    Please place your order at least 7 days prior to the preferred delivery date.

    IN-HOUSE DELIVERY

    In-house delivery service within the Canton of Zürich.

    Available for orders of 200 CHF or more.
    Delivery charges are 10 CHF within Zürich and 20 CHF to the canton of Zürich. For other areas, please contact us.

    Please place your order at least 7 days prior to the preferred delivery date.

Orders that do not meet the above conditions in terms of minimum order value, preferred receipt date and time, delivery area, etc., can still be checked out without error in our system. In such cases, we will contact you and refund your money as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
